Every so often, I ask myself the question, “What needs to be fixed in my business?” This doesn’t mean that a component of the business has to be completely broken. Sometimes it’s just a matter of identifying the things that just aren’t working as well as they could and starting there.

Maybe you’re selling fewer units per month or you’re signing on fewer new clients with each passing month?

Maybe the same messaging that worked fine in 2019 no longer does so in 2021? How do you get what is working to work a little bit better?

Over the last 20+ years, I’ve learned that even the smallest improvements can end up making a very big difference further down the line.
