“Uncertainty” and “uncertain times” – I heard these words more times than I can count over the past twelve months. And while life itself is uncertain, the type of uncertainty we’ve been exposed to is unique to this time. This sustained type of uncertainty has had a domino effect on people worldwide.
It was the tipping of the first domino in what ultimately ended up being a whole line of dominos. As a business owner, this year has given me even more time than usual to really think things through. It’s allowed me to consider my business from the outside looking in as well as the inside looking out.
