On the surface, it may appear that people are buying videos, courses, books, etc. But the reality is, they’re buying the result. That may sound like a play on words or that I’m arguing semantics, but it’s the absolute truth.
As product creators or service providers, it’s easy to get lost in the details of what technically makes one product better than another. Nine out of ten times, those details won’t close the deal.
