In a time of what we might call unprecedented negativity and unrest, a little positivity can go a long way. In today’s podcast episode, I want to talk about motivation. Motivation is something we call all benefit from. We’ve all been in the place where we’ve known exactly what to do to improve our situation, but for whatever reason, haven’t done it.
Maybe you feel too tired, or too lazy? Or, maybe you’ve wrestled with uncertainty, not knowing if your actions would in fact bring results? We’ve all been there. Motivation, however, provides us with a compelling reason or reasons to keep on keeping on. It gives us a reason to make the effort. It’s fuel in what otherwise be an empty tank.
Your clients, much like yourself, could probably use a somewhat steady supply of the “motivational element” in their own lives. Don’t you agree? If so, why not supply it? No, I’m not talking about being a cheerleader. I’m not talking about developing a “dynamic personality,” either. If you like the way that sounds, I think you’ll enjoy today’s episode!
