I believe optimism or pessimism plays a bigger role in our entrepreneurial pursuits and business decision-making processes than most of us realize.

Just the other day I was talking a group of people and pointing out how we lean one way or the other at any given point in time. Our attitudes can deeply color our perception about what’s happening around us as we try to build and plan for our future.

Sometimes “winning” seems within our reach. It seems doable and we have a sense of optimism as we move forward. Then, there are other times when “survival” seems to be a much more realistic target that “winning.”

In today’s podcast, I want to talk about making the best possible decisions in the midst of a challenge or struggle.
